Amanda and Kyle are a husband and wife chef team bringing you home cooked, awesome food! With much of the produce sourced from the family’s ‘Cedar Grove Farm’ just down the road, the menu focuses on handmade fast casual options with the best ingredients.
Kyle Romeo grew up in Southold and started his career in the hospitality industry early on, working catering events on the North Fork. After going to culinary school in Connecticut, he worked at numerous restaurants in the area such as Jedediah Hawkins, North Fork Table and Inn, and American Beech. Amanda Falcone grew up in Riverhead, went to culinary school in NYC, working at Locanda Verde, Telepan, and Salumeria Rosi. She then worked in the pastry department of North Fork Table and Inn under Claudia Fleming. The couple met in Greenport through industry friends, and realized their common ground in the love of food!
After buying the property in 2015, Amanda and Kyle built their home/business from the ground up, and now live in the apartment above Barrow Food House with their 2 year old son Bennet.
